eARS (ePort Agency Registration Service)

eARS makes it even easier to start doing business with your clients electronically. eARS will generate a registration e-vite to the clients you want to do business with in ePort. Your clients can then complete their registration with the click of a button.

Follow these 3 easy steps to use eARS:

  1. Call or e-mail your client to let them know that the ePort e-vite (invitation e-mail) is coming as an e-mail from you. Click here to see a sample of the text you can use as a pre-alert e-mail or a phone script.
  2. Complete the form below for each of your clients/buyers and click submit.
  3. eARS will alert you by e-mail when your e-vite is sent successfully, and alert you again when it is accepted (or rejected) by your client.
